vkhp-consulting were appointed as Structural Consultants in respect of the conversion works to a large, detached property, together with a new modern two storey part glazed extension with undercroft and a raised balcony located over a deeply sloping site. 

Careful consideration had to be made to maximise the opening between the extension and the main building, taking due account of the fact that there were reduced head heights to the existing building.
