Fair Oak Farm lies in a Wealden Valley in Sussex and offers luxury self catering holiday accommodation.

We were responsible for the structural alterations to create the Grade II listed barn conversion complex. We also carried out the design of the new two man tree houses.

​

All work had to be sensitive to the beautiful local environment and is all highly sustainable.

​

The grain store conversion provides a double height open plan space with exposed timbers central to the development providing room for all guests to dine and lounge under one roof.

​

The two eco-lodge tree houses provide accommodation for two people. They are clad in sustainable timber and are insulated well in excess of building regulation standards. Each contains a double bed, en-suite wet room, kitchen, dining area and sheltered balcony.
