Julian has a broad knowledge in the design of the four principle materials and has been involved in small domestic projects, such as loft conversions/refurbishments through to new large scale residential projects involving cinema basements, and multi-storey steel framed education buildings.
He has experience of working on historical buildings such as converting barns and farmhouses into residential use and the refurbishment of listed buildings.
Julian has been involved in a large variety of school projects (both in the state and private sector) including sports halls, swimming pools, teaching accommodation, refurbishments and a number of Performing Arts Centres. Such projects have typically involved the use of 3D modelling software to coordinate the Architect's, Services and Structural models as one.
Outside of the office, Julian enjoys spending time with his family, running and has a passion for cars.
