vkhp-consulting worked directly with the client in the design of this contemporary single storey dwelling.

This new build project presented a few challenges from a structural engineering point of view, due to its modern and minimalistic architectural features, such as long span openings and vaulted roofs, etc. The close proximity to the external swimming pool and tight site constraints were also challenging.

This project was successfully completed to a very high specification.
