Having graduated from the University of West London with a degree is Civil and Environmental Engineering Tom joined a multidisciplinary consultancy in Surrey and now has almost nine years of structural engineering experience across a range of materials and sectors. Tom’s experience includes large scale steel and reinforced concrete residential and hotel projects through to the refurbishment of historic structures.

 

In 2020 Tom achieved chartership status with the Institute of Structural Engineers (IStructE).

 

Tom joined vkhp in January 2023, and immediately started on a diverse range of projects.

​

Tom's attitude, professionalism and all-round friendly nature has seen him succeed on all aspects in vkhp, resulting in his recent promotion at the start of 2024 to Associate Director.

 

During his spare time Tom enjoys paragliding, as well as reading and spending time with his cats.
