Works progressing very well on new-build contemporary house of around 350 sq m on a sloping site overlooking the South Downs. RC lower ground floor slab and RC retaining walls now cast and externally, a combination of RC retaining walls gabion basket flint-filled retaining walls well under way.
Ongoing basket filling and drainage.
Upper level retaining wall rebar steelwork formed.
First half shuttering complete and waterproof concrete poured.
Upper level, 2nd and last waterproof concrete pour completed/shuttering removed.
East gabion basket filling, stage one, completed (up to top of retaining wall height).
Lower level supporting blockwork ongoing.
